What we keep

From your account: name, phone number, preferred language, and a profile photo if you upload one.

From your saved addresses: the address as text, additional directions, and location coordinates only if you choose to share them.

From each order: which products you ordered, the contact name and phone you gave for that specific order (it may differ from your profile's), the delivery address if it applies, and the payment proof if you uploaded one.

Who sees what

The restaurant handling your order sees the contact info, delivery address, and what you ordered — they need it to serve you.

If a business has a team (kitchen, couriers), those people see the same thing the owner does for that business's orders, and can see their teammates' name and phone number.

The Ordená Aquí team accesses business and order data only to approve new restaurants or resolve a specific issue — not as routine monitoring.

We don't sell or share your data with advertising third parties.

Emails

We email you when your order's status changes, and businesses when a new order comes in. You can turn this off from your account, or with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of those emails.

How long we keep it

Your addresses and order history are kept for as long as your account exists.

You can request deletion of your account yourself, at any time, from "Your account" on the site or from Settings in the app. The request is recorded immediately and processed within the next 24 hours: your account and the data tied to it — profile, addresses, preferences — are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

For each deleted account we keep a minimal record (the email, when deletion was requested, and when it completed) for our own internal accountability. That record doesn't include your orders, addresses, or any other account data.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and theme preferences. No advertising or third-party tracking.
